Timing depends on the complexity of the character, materials and fit requirements. We confirm a production window with you before work begins, and you can include an event deadline with your order.
Pick the closest standard size (XS–XL) or choose CUSTOM and send your measurements. Every piece is cut individually, so fit notes are reviewed before production.
Yes. Use the special request box on any product to ask for colour, fabric or detail changes. For a completely different character, start a custom commission instead.
Yes — DOT takes international commissions. Shipping cost and delivery time are confirmed for your destination before the order is finalised.
Because each garment is made to order, fit is confirmed with you before production. If something is off when it arrives, contact us and we'll work out an adjustment.
Care instructions are included with each finished piece. Most garments should be spot-cleaned or dry-cleaned to protect structure, trims and hand-finished details.
