1. Overview

Welcome to DOT CUSTOM COSPLAY. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our online store and the purchase of our products.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our applicable store policies.

2. Products and Custom Orders

We offer cosplay garments that may be made to order or customized according to customer-provided references, measurements, and design specifications.

Customers should carefully review the agreed design, measurements, materials, price, and estimated production time before confirming an order.

Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and material characteristics. Products will be assessed against their agreed specifications.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins on custom orders.

Production will begin after payment and the necessary order details have been received and confirmed.

4. Customer Measurements

For customized costumes, customers must provide accurate measurements using the instructions provided by DOT CUSTOM COSPLAY.

If a customer discovers an error in submitted measurements, they must contact us and provide corrected measurements within 2 calendar days of submitting the original measurements.

We will confirm whether the change can be accommodated. Changes may not be possible once production has progressed, and additional costs or production time may apply if agreed with the customer.

Customers remain responsible for measurement accuracy. This does not affect rights relating to defective products or failures to meet agreed specifications.

5. Reference Images and Design Changes

We accept customer-provided reference images to help create customized cosplay garments.

Customers must have the necessary rights or permissions to submit materials for use in their orders.

Customers may request design changes after order confirmation. Approval depends on the production stage, material availability, and feasibility. Additional charges or production time may apply, but will be communicated before proceeding with chargeable changes.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, especially once custom production has begun, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing generally takes 7–10 business days. Custom costume production generally takes approximately 2 weeks, and estimated international shipping takes 7–10 days after dispatch.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom-made items are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or non-conforming items will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, photographs, branding, and original designs remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers may not reproduce or commercially use our original content without authorization. Customer-provided materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

10. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, or interfere with website security or operation.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page.
