Details make the character.

Every DOT piece starts as a flat pattern drawn for one person. Here is what happens between your reference and your front door.

Five stages. No shortcuts.

Each stage is signed off before the next begins — so nothing is guessed and nothing is rushed.

01 / 05
  1. 01

    Study the reference

We break your character down: silhouette, proportions, colours, trims and the small details people recognise first.

A detailed breakdown shared with you
  2. 02

    Draft the pattern

Patterns are drafted from scratch to your measurements — never a generic costume block resized.

A pattern made only for you
  3. 03

    Select & cut the fabric

Fabric is chosen for weight, drape and sheen, then cut precisely along the grain so the garment hangs right.

    Material confirmed before cutting
  4. 04

    Construct & fit

Seams, structure, lining and interfacing are built to hold the shape while letting you move freely.

    Fit checked against your measurements
  5. 05

    Finish by hand

Embroidery, trims, hardware and closures are finished by hand and inspected before the piece leaves us.

A final quality check, then shipping
